Shipping is charged separately, depending on the buyer's location.

Between April 15th and May 15th, you can purchase as many works as you wish. We will fulfill all orders during this period, as print runs are unlimited. After this period, no more sales will be made.

Remember that, from the third photo onwards, it is possible to pay in up to 3 installments.

2.

Support the Project

The amount raised will be allocated to two charitable projects: Projeto ComVivência, under CNPJ 06.887.531/0001-24, and Associação Fênix, under CNPJ 08.403.113/0001-40. Both are associations that help children and adolescents who are victims of abuse, located respectively in Rio de Janeiro and Curitiba.

Each photo can return 35% or 70% of the sales value, after production costs, to the projects.

For some participating artists, part of the sales may pay them 35% of the sale value, also after deducting production.

30% of the value after production is donated to the Comadre platform.

Production time may take up to 30 days after the end of the sales period.

3.

Receive your Works

All purchases made by May 15th will be shipped by June 15th, 2024.

The works will only be printed at the end of the project, as they will all be numbered and catalogued. This ensures consistency and uniformity between copies.

We are using the Sedex and carrier services, which have short delivery times.

The works are packaged to order within the same envelope, lined internally with bubble wrap and a paraná paper sandwich. Each work is individually wrapped in glassine paper and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

About the Law of Sequence

This year, the Multiplicar o Cuidado [Multiplying Care]  project is introducing a new policy: the resale right. When purchasing a work, the buyer automatically agrees to the established terms, with no expiration date.

Understanding that artists are giving up their usual values, we are implementing as part of the artwork acquisition term the transfer of 50% of the resale profit to the artist. This means that, if the work is resold in the future for a higher value than purchased, half of the profit obtained will go to the original artist, guaranteeing fair and sustainable remuneration over time.

This measure aims to ensure that the buyer and the artist can be duly remunerated for the work.

For more information, check article 38, caput of federal law 9610/1998, article 14 of the Berne Convention, promulgated in Brazil through decree 75699/1975.

How it works

Comadre is an independent and collaborative contemporary art platform that aims to shed light on necessary themes of our times through cultural and artistic projects.

Our activities become possible only in conjunction with other social organizations or actions with which we identify and perceive their initiatives and struggles as valuable.

We start from the principle that partnerships are necessary to expand the scope of what we want to talk about, to learn from other ways of working, behaving and reacting to the structures of the world. We believe that cooperation develops through affectionate, fair and balanced relationships.

In May 2023, the non-profit organization Nosso Instituto, through its founder and executive director, Erica Tucherman, formed a team made up of psychologists and Psychology students with the aim of providing psychosocial support to female adolescents hosted at the Social Reinsertion, an organization linked to the Social Service of the city of Rio de Janeiro. This support is made possible by the mental health project called ComVivência, which was made possible thanks to the URS Janela dos Sorrisos – Volunteer Network device.
